About the role
Construct robust technology platforms to compete in a rapidly changing and dynamic market. Work you will do
• Work with clients to gather business requirements.
• Cut, Design and analyze business needs to create IT team demand report for sending to IT department.
• Work with stakeholders to negotiate.
• Provide assistance in introducing a possibility regarding IT-related business needs.
• Create, Study, and Analyze system operation.
• Making Document regarding the elements of the system such as wireframe, data migration, and other related documents.
• Supervise and coach team members when necessary.

Let us Talk About You
If you are someone with:
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer engineering or related field.
• 3 years+ experience in a Business Analyst Role.
• Experience in the Banking business would be an advantage.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem solving skills.
• Good working and team work attitude.
• Have skills in monitoring and controlling the operation
