About the role

Work you will do
• Lead the development and continuous improvement of a comprehensive training strategy ensuring strategic alignment of training and development with business goals.
• Design, implement and manage organization-wide performance training/capacity building for all levels of employees and management to drive for positive and measurable impact on the culture and performance
• Manage and coordinate organization-wide efforts to ensure that performance management and performance improvement programs are developed and managed using a data-driven approach that sets priorities for improvements in line with on-going strategic imperatives.
• Contribute to the design, implementation and management of effective Recognition Programs to reward staff contributions.
• Collaborate with HR team members and business leaders to understand their needs related to training and development by proactively interfacing with key stakeholders in order to understand, recommend and deploy effective solutions.
• Performs other related duties as assigned to support overall organization and employee development initiatives.

Qualification

If you are someone with:
• Have a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in Human Resources, especially in Staff Performance management processes and tools, or other related Human Resources field.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Thai
• Proactive communication skill is a must
• Comfortable in approaching new employee and has the essential soft skill to communicate in a professional and delicate manner
