About the role
Reinventing marketing strategy to fit for digital transformation purpose to maximize potential business contribution.

Work you will do
• Responsible for specific components of a project. Play a key role in gathering and analyzing data, interviewing stakeholders, providing clarity of issues & opportunities, providing inspiring direction and contributing to the team’s recommendations and Strategy
• Lead and direct diverse teams of consulting talent to deliver inspiring strategic marketing plan and sustainable solutions to clients
• Work closely with C-suite clients to understand their issues, create strategies for change and win buy-in for the team’s recommendations
• Bring in a new perspective of business, digital transformation, marketing transformation to the team which creates a new foundation and recommendation to further projects
• Take a key role in thought leadership and team mentoring. Make an important contribution to the analysis, design, and implementation of business performance approaches
• Develop long-term business relationship with clients across different levels and functions
• Projects can vary in length, size, and location, depending on the client’s challenge

Let us Talk About You
If you are someone with:
• Bachelor’s degrees in Marketing, Communication, economics and PR are preferred
• 7+ years as Strategic Planner, Consultant, Marketer, Brand Management in a reputed company
• Have a strong Strategy background with deep Knowledge of Marketing and Business
• Proven record of high performance and substantial achievements in your past positions
• Initiative taker, eager to break new ground, create opportunities for others
• Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
• Experience in Marketing Consulting or Marketing Transformation will be an advantage
• Strong communication/interpersonal skills in both Thai and English
