Work you will do
• Facilitate requirement gathering with clients (business and IT) to identify and gather business requirements, system functionalities, interface requirement and data migration to achieve project objective and scope
• Analyses requirements and design end to end of to be stage e.g. UX/UI, User Story, functionalities, integration and data migration etc.
• Initiate and propose solutions including alternative workaround to minimize customization /enhancement.
• Lead project documentation development and attain customer sign off such as UX/UI, user story, functional specification, data migration template, data migration plan, testing plan, test case etc.
• Lead system configuration, unit testing, data migration and testing activities such as unit testing, user acceptance testing.
• Collaborate with development team to ensure the completeness and quality of solution development.
• Lead and supervise team to deliver the expertise and service excellence.
• Provide support during the deployment activities and go live support.

If you are someone with:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Information System, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years relevant experience preferably with consulting background.
• Experience in business requirement gathering, functional design, configuration, data migration, testing and application support.
• Experience in Salesforce.com or large CRM system implementation.
• Proven track record for project implementation delivery.
• Possessed ability to drive the project outcomes and team player.
• Excellent communication and negotiation across stakeholder levels.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and solution identification.
• Proficiency in spoken and written Thai and English.
