<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Bow:</strong>&nbsp;I’ve had the opportunity to learn and develop through the challenging projects I’ve been involved in, working with diverse clients and industry experts. I’ve gained valuable strategies, techniques, and innovative thinking skills, while also leading large-scale projects and presenting to C-level clients. These experiences have not only sharpened my abilities but also empowered my entire team.&nbsp;</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">I feel confident and ready to face new challenges, continuously enhancing my skills and sharing best practices with my team.&nbsp;</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Q:&nbsp;</strong>&nbsp;<br><strong>When faced with challenging tasks, how do you apply learning by doing to help you grow rapidly in your career?</strong>&nbsp;</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Bow:</strong>&nbsp;It starts with setting a clear goal for what you want to achieve from the task. Then, break down the responsibilities or complex tasks into smaller steps. Next, identify the challenging aspects and regularly seek advice or feedback from experienced experts. Listening to new perspectives and suggestions helps avoid potential mistakes.&nbsp;</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Finally, give it your best shot. If mistakes happen, treat them as learning opportunities. Use them to improve and prevent the same mistakes.&nbsp;</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Q: Lastly, what makes you enjoy working at Bluebik?</strong>&nbsp;</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Bow:</strong>&nbsp;I can break it down into three perspectives:&nbsp;</p>

<li><strong>The work:</strong> The variety and challenges of the projects. At Bluebik, we have cross-business unit projects that integrate strategies from multiple fields. These projects cover the entire process, from strategic thinking to concrete outcomes. </li>



<li><strong>The organization:</strong> Working in a friendly environment where I receive support from executives, peers, and juniors. The openness to different perspectives makes me feel part of the team. Additionally, having management that genuinely supports and advises us makes me feel valued and motivated to contribute to the organization. </li>



<li><strong>Growth opportunities:</strong> I can learn new skills, gain visibility, and grow in my career based on my performance and dedication.  </li>

These processes have become the foundation of our core operations.&nbsp;</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Mac:</strong>&nbsp;We’ve contributed to the organization’s progress by bringing in new technologies to solve problems and create beneficial innovations, as well as fostering a company culture that emphasizes skill development and creativity. <p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Q: Beyond impacting the organization, have your contributions affected clients, yourself, and your teammates?</strong>&nbsp;</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Pherse:&nbsp;</strong>Corporate Services, in essence, is a service role that involves multiple stakeholders, challenges, and clients. Every day, we develop solutions to new problems and challenges we haven’t encountered before. Collaborating with the team to find solutions has helped improve our internal processes, making operations smoother and better equipped to handle the organization’s growing challenges.&nbsp;</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Mac:&nbsp;</strong>The work at Bluebik not only impacts the organization but also creates positive outcomes for clients. Our solutions help clients address issues effectively and add value to their businesses. My work here has helped me develop various skills and knowledge, while my teammates benefit from the supportive environment, allowing us to grow together and achieve better outcomes.&nbsp;</p>

In honor of Pride Month, Bluebik is proud to extend our marital benefits, which are marital leave and allowance, to include LGBTQIA+ employees. This represents our unwavering support for marriage equality, even in the absence of legal recognition for same-sex unions under Thai law.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">“We are dedicated to providing equal care and support to all our LGBTQIA+ employees,” declares Pochara Arayakarnkul, CEO of Bluebik.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Effective from June 1st, 2023, Bluebik Group, comprising GMVPI, Bluebik Global, Bluebik Vulcan, Bluebik Titans, Bluebik Nexus, and Sauce Skills, has revised its marital benefits policy. Previously, a marriage certificate was required as proof. However, moving forward, employees can submit alternative evidence, such as wedding cards and photos.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">All employees, irrespective of gender identity, now have access to the following marital benefits:</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">1. Marriage Leave: 3 days</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">2. Marriage Allowance: 5,000 baht</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">“The well-being and livelihood of our employees are at the core of our company benefits. This policy change reflects Bluebik’s commitment to providing exceptional care and support, demonstrating our understanding and solidarity with employees in all aspects of their lives,” explains Pochara.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">1. Gender Reassignment Surgery Leave – Empowering transgender employees to confidently express their true selves: 30 days</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">2. Ordination Leave – Supporting the religious beliefs of male employees: 7 days</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">3. Maternity Leave – Allowing mothers to recover and cherish precious time with their newborns: 45 days (paid leave) or up to 98 days (unpaid, if exceeding the initial 45 days)</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">4. Parental Leave – Enabling husbands and fathers to care for their wives and newborns: 3-10 days, depending on years of service</p>
