About the role
Bluebik is seeking a Senior Alliance & Partner Enablement Specialist to drive strategic partner engagement, ecosystem growth, and enablement initiatives across global technology and cloud partners.
This role is responsible for managing partner programs, funding and incentive initiatives, competency and certification readiness, and joint go-to-market execution to help generate leads and accelerate pipeline growth.
The ideal candidate has 5–6 years of experience working within technology ecosystems, alliances, or partner programs, with strong collaboration skills across sales, marketing, consulting, and delivery teams.
Work you will do
- Strategic Partner Enablement
- Support and manage strategic partnerships across hyperscalers, SaaS providers, and technology alliance partners.
- Understand partner programs, tiering models, competencies, incentives, certifications, and ecosystem priorities.
- Act as an internal advisor on partner-related opportunities, requirements, and strategic initiatives.
- Align partner strategies with Bluebik business priorities and solution offerings.
Partner Funding & Incentive Management
- Manage partner funding initiatives including MDF, co-sell investments, POC funding, rebates, and enablement programs.
- Coordinate funding submissions, approvals, utilization tracking, and reporting.
- Ensure governance and compliance with partner program requirements.
- Identify opportunities to maximize partner investments and ecosystem support.
Partner Enablement & Readiness
- Drive readiness initiatives across certifications, competencies, accreditations, and specialization programs.
- Coordinate enablement activities including:
- Technical workshops
- Certification campaigns
- Sales readiness sessions
- Bootcamps
- Partner onboarding programs
- Work closely with consulting, sales, and technical teams to strengthen ecosystem capabilities.
Pipeline & Go-to-Market Development
- Collaborate with partners on co-sell and joint GTM initiatives to drive lead generation and pipeline growth.
- Support joint campaigns, customer events, webinars, workshops, and business development activities.
- Identify and support partner-sourced opportunities and ecosystem-led sales motions.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to grow partner-influenced pipeline and revenue.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with sales, marketing, consulting, delivery, finance, and operations teams to execute ecosystem initiatives.
- Coordinate with partner stakeholders and external alliance teams to drive engagement and execution.
- Support relationship-building initiatives with strategic partners.
Reporting & Insights
- Monitor and report on:
- Partner funding utilization
- Certification and competency progress
- Enablement activities
- Co-sell engagements
- Lead and pipeline contribution
- Partner performance metrics
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve partnership effectiveness and GTM outcomes.
Qualifications

If you are someone with:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 5–6 years of experience in:
- Partnerships or alliance management
- Partner enablement
- Ecosystem or channel operations
- GTM or partner programs
- Strong understanding of:
- Partner funding and incentive programs
- Partner tiering and competency frameworks
- Certification and enablement programs
- Co-sell and ecosystem GTM motions
- Experience working with technology or cloud ecosystem partners.
- Strong stakeholder management, coordination, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
