About the role
As a Marketing Associate at Bluebik, you will play a major role in translating our marketing strategy into actionable plans. You will be responsible for executing a wide range of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, event marketing, content marketing and PR while working closely with our team of managers to ensure that these campaigns are executed effectively and adhere to set timelines. The candidate should be a highly organized individual who excels at multitasking and has a strong desire to support colleagues and contribute to the team's overall success.
Work you will do
• Collaborate with the team managers and director to transform strategic objectives into actionable marketing plans.
• Assist in creating marketing campaigns and initiatives that align with the brand's overall marketing objectives.
• Asist in executing various marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, event marketing, content marketing and PR.
• Collaborate with the design team to manage quality control (QC) efficiently, while also assisting in setting job priorities and streamlining workflows.
• Assist in market research activities to gather data on industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Support administrative tasks related to marketing operations, including budget tracking, files tracking and procurement.
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

If you are someone with:
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Superior English written and speaking skills
• At least 2-3 years of experience in Marketing Strategy, Marketing communication, Digital Marketing and Events Management related fields that have attention to details with superior organizational and negotiation skills
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Good personality, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Well-organized and able to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
