About the role
Develop marketing plans to meet the company’s operational goals. The PR and Marketing Communication team is responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans to meet the company’s operational goals. With expertise in a wide range of media, sales-and-marketing specialist builds and sustains a positive image for a company or a brand through planned campaign and activity.
Work you will do
• Planning and implementing for company’s digital marketing strategy to support brand and promote company’s strategic direction in all stages
• Own all social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Youtube, Twitter and etc.)
• Maintaining, expanding, tracking, monitoring and measuring all website platform including making improvement & enhancement
• Audit existing Google Analytics and web analytics implementations and identify areas of improvement
• Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email and social media campaigns and measure experiments and conversion tests
• Set up and manage budget to reach target KPI in line with strategy and campaign goal and optimize click-thru/conversion rates
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) then provide better media performance
Qualifications

If you are someone with:
• Bachelor's degree or higher e from an accredited college or university
• Minimum 5 years of digital marketing (experiences from a professional services firm or digital agency would be advantage)
• Demonstrate experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
• Strong understanding of current online digital platform and up-to-date with the latest trends in website and digital platform
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
• Good English to coordinate with global
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics etc.) including experience with content management system
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Well-organized and able to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
