About the role
The Corporate Strategy is a cross-functional team under the CEO Office of Bluebik Group, established to drive corporate initiatives, support executive decision-making, and develop high-impact business and product proposals that reflect Bluebik’s integrated digital transformation capabilities.
Members of the Corporate Strategy work directly with C-level executives and business unit leaders to translate strategies into execution. The role combines both analytical and creative thinking, requiring agility, sound judgment, and strong communication skills. The scope of work is intentionally broad, extending to any initiative that supports the CEO’s priorities and strengthens Bluebik’s strategic growth.
Work you will do
The responsibilities of this role are not limited to the following areas and may evolve according to business priorities and executive direction:
- Proposal and Pitch Development:
Lead the creation of client proposals, pitch decks, and product or solution presentations that effectively communicate business value, differentiation, and strategic direction. - Strategic Initiative Support:
Work with the CEO and executive leadership to drive corporate initiatives, strategic projects, partnerships, and internal transformation programs. - Executive Information and Decision Support:
Research, analyze, and synthesize business insights, market intelligence, and performance data to enable informed decision-making at the executive level. - Cross-functional Coordination:
Collaborate with business unit heads, sales teams, and functional leaders to align objectives, streamline communications, and ensure project consistency. - Project Ownership:
Manage assignments end-to-end, from ideation, research, and planning to implementation and follow-up with accountability for outcomes and quality. - Representation and Delegation:
Act on behalf of the CEO Office when delegated, ensuring alignment with leadership direction and professionalism in interactions with internal and external stakeholders. - Process and Knowledge Improvement:
Identify and implement enhancements to improve the efficiency, quality, and scalability of internal workflows, business documentation, and proposal development processes.
Qualifications

If you are someone with:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills in both Thai and English.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
- Professional demeanor and confidence in engaging with senior executives and management-level stakeholders.
- High proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and business research tools.
- Eagerness to learn, adaptability to a fast-paced environment, and passion for driving progress and meaningful results.
Preferred
- Experience in management consulting, project management, corporate strategy, or executive support roles.
- Understanding of digital transformation, emerging technologies, or enterprise solutions.
- Prior involvement in proposal development, storytelling, or executive communications is a plus.
