Many people might think of Bluebik as a company focused on technology and AI-Led Enterprise Digital Transformation, but we actually open opportunities for non-tech internship students as well.
“Interning here isn’t just about doing real work – it’s about learning, growing, and becoming part of the team.”
This is what our 2025 Non-Tech Interns from the Management Consulting, Strategic PMO, and PR & Marketing Communication teams unanimously say.
At Bluebik, internships are a chance to grow exponentially. Let’s hear their full experiences!
Developing Analytical Skills on the Consulting Side While Staying Updated on Tech

Name: Pin
Internship Position: Management Consultant – MCAP#5, Management Consulting Team
First Steps in the MCAP Program
I joined the Management Consulting Accelerator Program (MCAP) and had the opportunity to work on two real projects. My primary responsibilities were researching and analyzing information, as well as studying case studies of companies in Thailand and abroad to select the most relevant ones for client presentation decks. This wasn’t just casual reading, it required understanding, analyzing, and summarizing information for practical application.
Challenges and Adaptation
The beginning was tough since I had never interned in consulting before. But the seniors provided guidance on both getting started and improving work quality, helping me adapt faster. I began to see my analytical skills improve significantly through hands-on experience.
What I Learned Here
Interning at Bluebik helped me strengthen my consulting analytical skills while also staying updated on how companies in various industries adopt technology. Additionally, I also practiced structured storytelling to break down scattered information into easily understandable and clearly visualized content.
Team Atmosphere and Culture
What was most impressive was the friendly work atmosphere, different from the stereotype that consulting must be fiercely competitive. Here, even though everyone works with complete dedication, my supervisor and seniors in my team were always ready to help, even with projects outside their own.
Getting Challenging Work with Great Advice That Helps You Keep Improving

Name: Guy
Internship Position: Management Consultant – MCAP#5, Management Consulting Team
Projects That Challenged Me from Day One
I worked on two projects in different industries. The first focused on in-depth research of specific industries, which helped me gain a fundamental understanding of those sectors. The second project was more diverse, from data searching and analysis to creating presentation slides independently.
Learning to Summarize and Present Clearly
One of the biggest challenges was summarizing complex cases into clear and easy-to-digest points. This required time to fully understand the details before summarizing and designing slides for client presentations. It was an excellent opportunity to practice critical thinking, analysis, and professional data visualization. Throughout the process, our seniors provided targeted feedback and guidance.
Supportive and Experienced Mentors
What I valued most was working alongside seniors who were highly experienced and approachable, and always willing to help. They didn’t just teach better work methods but also pointed out areas for improvement, helping me develop continuously. I also learned that creating a client-ready strategy involves multiple layers of thinking, analysis, and refinement. It’s an invaluable experience that can’t be replicated in classrooms.
More Than Expected – Varied Projects and Skill-Boosting Training

Name: Claire
Internship Position: Marketing Communication, PR & Marketing Communication Team
Starting with Small Expectations, Gaining Big Experiences
At first, I thought the work would just be writing posts or regular content, but starting real work revealed much more. I had opportunities to take responsibility for diverse projects, including planning campaigns for both Internal and External Communications, creating content, video editing, and supporting major events for both joint venture companies and the SET Listing Celebration – celebrating Bluebik’s (BBIK) official move to trading on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET).
Challenges That Accelerated My Growth
Handling diverse projects meant I had to constantly adapt, using both creativity and project management skills. Sometimes I had to work on things I’d never done before or situations I hadn’t fully considered. Thankfully, our supervisors were always there to provide advice and support, which gave me the confidence to try new things.
A Culture That Welcomes New Ideas
One of the most impressive experiences was that there is no hierarchy here. Everyone could freely share ideas. Even C-Level executives are ready to listen and provide direct feedback. I once presented my own campaign proposal to our CMO, P’Tid – Pimwisa, and received immediate feedback, which was an invaluable experience.
All-Around Upskilling Opportunities
Another favorite thing was the Training Sessions, offering diverse learning across different areas, beyond my own role. Each session came with hands-on workshops that truly expanded my skill set. And on top of that, little perks like unlimited snacks and Friday massage sessions made the internship all the more enjoyable.
Exposure to Different Projects, Adapting Quickly, and Learning Fast

Name: Phufa
Internship Position: Project Management Officer Consultant (PMO), Strategic PMO Team
Working Through Almost Every PMO Process
During my internship, I worked on a wide range of Project Management tasks, from tracking client tasks and timelines, preparing proposal decks, to planning and allocating resources for upcoming projects. This was an excellent opportunity to participate in almost every process and see the complete PMO workflow clearly.
Adapting to Constantly Changing Projects
The challenge came when switching between projects, which meant quickly adapting to new scopes, workflows, and tools. I often asked for relevant resources to study first, then consulted my seniors on any unclear points.
Dare to Ask = Learn Faster
One of my key takeaways was the value of asking questions. Every question brought not only an answer but also additional insights and real-world context from my colleagues. This made it easier to understand the work and see new perspectives I hadn’t considered before.
Opportunities for Diverse Real Work
What I enjoyed most was being involved in real work and exchanging ideas with experienced teammates. Their perspectives helped me grow my thinking and better understand how to approach work effectively.
Exposure to Different Projects, Adapting Quickly, and Learning Fast

Name: Land
Internship Position: Project Management Officer Consultant (PMO), Strategic PMO Team
A Major Project with Multi-Team Collaboration
I worked on a Payment Platform project for a major client. Being a large-scale project, it gave me the chance to collaborate with different teams and gain a close-up view of how other departments operate.
Managing Documentation in the Final Stages
The most challenging part was handling a high volume of documentation toward the end of the project. Fortunately, my supervisor guided me on how to keep everything organized and complete.
Learning Through Training and Workshops
One of my favorite parts of the internship was joining Training sessions on various topics, followed by workshops that allowed me to apply what I’d just learned. This combination of theory and practice equipped me with skills I could use right away.
