Two Months of B.I.G. Internship 2025: Our Journey as Bluebik Interns

Hello everyone!

This is Claire and Net, and we’re so excited to share our experience as part of the Bluebik Internship for Growth 2025 (B.I.G. Internship 2025)! Claire – Pornchanok is a third-year student studying Business Administration at Thammasat University, and Net – Supisara is a third-year student in Communication Arts at Chulalongkorn University. We both joined the PR & Marketing team as Marketing Communications Interns at Bluebik, and these past two months have been truly remarkable for both of us!

Why We Chose Bluebik

For Claire, the journey started with a spark of inspiration. She has always had a strong interest in technology. After attending a talk by P’Boat – Pochara Arayakarnkul, CEO of Bluebik Group, at her university, she felt truly inspired. That moment led her to apply for an internship at Bluebik.

As for Net, I had previously interned at an agency and was curious to explore in-house marketing. I was looking for a company in an interesting industry, and Bluebik stood out as a leading consultancy in enterprise digital transformation. It was a chance I didn’t want to miss.

Day One: New Faces, New Friends

Our internship kicked off with a warm welcome during the orientation day. All interns from different business units, such as Strategic PMO, Digital Excellence and Delivery (DX), Marketing, and Management Consulting (MC) came together. It was the perfect chance for us to meet new people and learn about the company culture. We had fun learning about the organization, taking an office tour, and enjoying a delicious welcome lunch, and the most fun part was the ice-breaking activities that wrapped up the day.

On our second day, we met our supervisors for the first time. P’Ning – Sureepon and P’Fern – Chayarom made us feel supported and included from the beginning. During our onboarding with the PR & Marketing Team, we were introduced to the entire team, walked through the projects we would take ownership of, and briefed on upcoming events we would be part of. It made us even more excited for the journey ahead.

You may wonder what it’s like to work as a Marketing Communications Intern at Bluebik. Well, it’s definitely not your typical marketing job where you’re promoting a physical product. Since Bluebik is a B2B tech consulting company, we don’t sell something you can see or touch. What we offer is expertise; our people, our knowledge, and the way we solve complex problems for clients.

That’s why marketing here focuses on content. We lead with storytelling, insights, thought leadership, and people stories to help people understand what Bluebik does and how we do it. Our job is to make the invisible more visible. We create content that explains our services, demonstrates the real impact of our work, and builds trust with both potential clients and partners.

Claire and I had the opportunity to be part of that process, and it gave us a whole new perspective. It’s not just about making things look nice, but also helping people truly understand who we are and why what we do matters. That’s something we found both challenging and really eye-opening.

Real Work, Real Project, Real Experience

From the very beginning, we were trusted with meaningful responsibilities. Each of us was given  a project to own, which allowed us to take the lead and manage our own tasks independently. On top of that, we worked on shared assignments, which provided us with valuable teamwork experience and a broader understanding of the roles as Marketing Communications within the PR & Marketing team.

One of the most significant opportunities was to participate in Bluebik’s SET listing celebration day. It was a huge milestone for the company, and we were honored to witness and contribute to such a special moment. It was a once-in-a-lifetime kind of experience.

We also supported the communication strategy for both internal and external events, covering pre-event, real-time, and post-event content. It gave us hands-on experience in planning and executing professional event communications with precision and care.

Another highlight was contributing to Bluebik’s TikTok content. We fully respond to every step of producing fun and engaging videos, such as

If I Could Turn Back Time

24 Hours Before SET

In addition, we had the chance to attend Orbit Digital’s events. (Orbit Digital is the joint venture between OR ‘PTT Oil and Retail Business’ and Bluebik) Being part of the event allowed us to experience what it’s like to be in an event and develop skills for dealing with unforeseen circumstances.

I (Net) also had a special opportunity to join a public forum alongside our CEO, P’Boat – Pochara. I took notes during the session and later turned them into a social media post, which you can check out  this post here. The forum covered the topic “Three Core Technologies Revolutionizing the Telco Industry,” and it was eye-opening to witness how executive communication works in a live setting.

Our team encouraged us to bring our own creative ideas to life, and that hands-on freedom helped us grow so much. We truly felt that our learning curve became steeper in the best way possible. All of these experiences helped us build our confidence, develop new skills, and see the real impact of marketing communications in action.

Learning Beyond the Desk

Beyond our day-to-day tasks, we also participated in several valuable training sessions that covered a variety of topics, from business to technology, like project management, presentation skills, management consulting, user experience design, software development life cycle management, and business insights.

One of the best aspects of Bluebik is that the company places a strong value on continuous learning. Both Claire and I love challenging ourselves, and this environment provided us with the space and support to continue improving.

The People Made It Special

While we learned a lot from the work, what made our experience even more meaningful was the people. The PR & Marketing Team welcomed us with open arms. Everyone was kind, fun, and ready to support us at every step. We still remember our first team dinner, full of laughter and good vibes. From brainstorming sessions to casual lunches, we felt like part of the team from the very beginning.

Looking Back

These two months at Bluebik have been filled with growth, joy, and unforgettable memories. We came in with curiosity and walked out with real-world skills, strong connections, and a clearer sense of what we want to pursue next.

If you’re eager to learn, grow, and be part of a team that truly values your development, Bluebik is the place for you.

With love and appreciation,
Claire & Net
