The board of directors led by “Mr. Thana Thienachariya” together with 4 executive committees will strengthen Bluebik by ensuring its efficiency and promoting managerial standard in the organization. The four executives are as follows.
– Mr. Kanchit Bunajinda – He chairs The risk policy committee of the company and is a member of its nomination and remuneration committee. He has expertise in designing strategies, investment as well as merger and acquisition (M&A). He is also a committee in leading companies in the fields of retail and property development including Central Retail Corporation Public Company Limited and Robinson Public Company Limited.
– Mr. Chalakorn Panyashom – He is the chairman of the company’s nomination and remuneration committee, also, an audit committee member. Currently, he is an executive and the Chief Operating Officer for digital TV at Workpoint Entertainment Public Company Limited. He has played important roles in turning around digital TV business and making Workpoint a leader in the Thai entertainment industry.
– Mr. Vasit Kanjanahuttakit – He heads the audit committee of the company and is a member of its risk policy committee and nomination and remuneration committee. Mr. Vasit is an executive of Srisawad Corporation Public Company Limited which provides loan services to retail customers.
– Mr. Pongsuk Hiranprueck – He is an audit committee member of the company. He has proven his expertise in media business for over 20 years and is the Chief Executive Officer of Show No Limit Company Limited that produces various forms of online content and is widely recognized as leading online media organization in the field of technology in Thailand.
Additionally, Mr. Thana Thienachariya revealed after assuming the chairmanship that Bluebik is a consultancy in digital transformation and gathers people with expertise equivalent to that of internationally recognized companies.
