Bluebik, a leading and omnipotent consultancy on digital transformation, has set up Bluebik Global for overseas business expansion. Through the subsidiary, Bluebik will recruit foreign staff who will supportits international growth in addition to its ongoing projects abroad – the development of financial platforms for customers in Indonesia and Singapore which are likely to generate about 10% of total revenue in 2021.
Mr. Pochara Arayakarnkul, Chief Executive Officer of Bluebik Group Public Company Limited (BBIK), said that Bluebik Group won approval from its board of directors on January 4, 2022, to set up the subsidiary named Bluebik Global Company Limited with a registered capital of 2 million baht. The group together with two shareholders have a majority stake of 78%. The subsidiary will enhance the group’s capabilities to serve customers in other countries and recruit foreign personnel to increase the strength of the group and support business expansion in the future.
Bluebik Global will provide Digital Excellence & Delivery services covering the development of digital systems and technological consulting and do other related business for corporate customers in other countries. It targets customers in Southeast Asia, especially the financial institutions that have growth potential and are likely to increasingly demand digital transformation.
Bluebik Group is expanding services to reach overseas customers. It is developing financial platforms to support the digital transformation of corporate customers in Indonesia and Singapore. It receives satisfactory responses given the additional assignments that it is accepting. Services for customers aboard are expected to generate about 10% of total revenue in 2021 and is likely to grow further in 2022.
“The establishment of the subsidiary, Bluebik Global, will expand capabilities to serve customers in other countries and effectively attract foreign professionals to join the workforce. We will first focus on service quality to build confidence among customers and later will expand our overseas customer bases. This is because digital transformation in other countries has been well developed and advanced. However, I believe that the company can compete and will be able to attract loyal customers,” Mr. Pochara said.
