About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (Partnership) to drive the growth of our digital transformation consulting firm. The candidate will be responsible for forging strategic partnerships, enhancing the partner ecosystem, generating sales opportunities, and managing partner incentives effectively. This is a pivotal role that bridges partner relationships with business growth.
Work you will do
- Support the execution of Bluebik’s partnership strategy with a strong focus on generating sales pipeline and revenue through partners.
- Identify and develop relationships with technology partners, consulting firms, and ecosystem players aligned with Bluebik’s service offerings.
- Drive joint business development activities including co‑selling motions, account mapping, partner meetings, and opportunity identification.
- Work closely with internal Sales teams to convert partner leads into qualified pipeline and closed deals.
- Coordinate and execute joint go‑to‑market (GTM) initiatives such as webinars, events, solution campaigns, and partner marketing activities.
- Support solution positioning and proposal development for partner‑led opportunities.
- Maintain strong working relationships with partner managers and sales teams to ensure continuous deal flow.
- Track partnership activities and performance metrics including pipeline value, deal status, and conversion rate.
- Assist in expanding regional and international opportunities through partner collaboration, under guidance from senior leadership.
- Represent Bluebik in partner meetings, workshops, and selected industry events.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 5 - 6 years of experience in partnership management or business development in a technology or consulting firm.
- Proven track record of driving growth through strategic relationships and partnerships.

- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Deep understanding of digital transformation services and technology landscapes.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track and measure partnership ROI.
