Work you will do
- Plan and manage timeline, action items, and logistics of projects with clients and internal team
- Solve emerging issues and actively communicate with clients and internal team
- Ensure client's expectation and timeline are met
- Ensure great end-to-end experience and journey
Qualifications
Let us Talk About You
If you are someone with:
- 2+ year of experience owning cross-team projects
- Experience in training and developments, or organizing offline events
- Interest in leadership content, future skills content, and business content
- Excellent coordination, planning, and problem solving skills
- Love having full ownership with challenging projects, learning new things, and building things from scratch
- Passionate about training
- Bonus : MC experience
- Bonus : Ability to engage participants in both on-site and online activities
- Bonus : Ability to read the vibe and feeling of participants
- Bonus : Ability to design engaging activities
- Bonus : Strong professional presence
