Bluebik Group Public Company Limited (BBIK), a leading consultancy in digital enterprise transformation, has announced another strong growth of its profit in the first six months of 2026 which amounted to 162 million baht. The profit rose by 11% year-on-year and resulted mainly from the business of the parent company. The total revenue of the group went up by 4% from a year earlier to 738 million baht driven by consistently growing demand for digital transformation, especially artificial intelligence (AI) application, cloud migration and the development of core systems to cut operating costs and maintain competitiveness amid the fluctuations of the Thai economy and geopolitical conflicts.

Q2 performance EN

In the second quarter of 2026, the parent company made 82 million baht in profit, up by 11% year-on-year. Its revenue stood at 368 million baht, close to income in the corresponding period last year. At the end of June 2026, the revenue backlog of the group (including the backlog of joint ventures) was as high as 1,341 million baht. Of the backlog, 899 million baht is likely to be recognized within this year and the remainder will be done gradually from 2027 to 2030. This shows the secure revenue base and long-term business strength of the group. Therefore, Bluebik is confident of achieving its 20% growth target this year.

Pochara Arayakarnkul, Chief Executive Officer of Bluebik Group Public Company Limited (BBIK), said the performance amid business challenges in the first six months of 2026 was satisfactory thanks to increasing demand for AI transformation in Thailand and other countries as business organizations are shifting from studies and experimentation to application. Meanwhile, the group successfully manages its costs and personnel and this increases its gross profit margin from 50% to 54%.

“The AI megatrend will significantly drive digital investment from now on. However, complicated AI application is necessary to ensure business success. Business organizations must ready IT infrastructures, data systems, processing models and cyber security. This matches the core services that Bluebik is fully ready to provide. Bluebik is therefore confident that revenue from its AI-driven projects will significantly increase from next year on and boost its growth,” Mr. Pochara said.

For the second half of 2026, Bluebik has three main strategies.

1) Personnel development (reskill & upskill) – Bluebik will quickly develop the skills of about 1,000 tech talents who have gathered at Bluebik Digital Company Limited for readiness to handle large-scale projects, especially AI transformation ones.

2) Penetration of international markets with high potential – This is aimed at raising revenue from international services. After its restructuring, Bluebik can handle more projects and thus meet digital transformation demand, especially demand in the financial sector of Vietnam which has high growth potential.

3) Vertical AI development – This focuses on the development of industry solutions to perfectly meet the particular requirements of different businesses. Industry solutions include agentic AI in financial services, risk management models, AI systems for supply chain optimization, AI models for cybersecurity, AI for cybersecurity management and conversational chatbots.

“These strategies will further strengthen Bluebik, now a leader with high potential in its industry. All technological developments benefit the company directly and indirectly. This is clearly proved with Bluebik’s strong growth which has been continuing for 12 years since its establishment. We are determined to maintain sustainable growth by delivering the best services and expanding through mergers and acquisitions which will lead us to SET100 within 2029,” Mr. Pochara concluded.
