Bluebik Group Public Company Limited states that the government super app, “Thang Rath”, is the central digital platform developed mainly by the Digital Government Development Agency (DGA). Bluebik was hired to carry out its additional development only to enable the technically complex part of the platform to smoothly handle tremendous transactions. Bluebik has experts in the highly advanced technology that suits this kind of system development. This project did not cover development in other areas including the Digital Wallet app and the services of the government sector.

The central digital platform was developed to facilitate public services. Personnel of the DGA created the platform which became operational in 2021. Bluebik did not take part in the creation. However, it is necessary to expand this platform for the government to provide more services. Given the limited resources of the DGA, further development was outsourced. Bluebik develops the registration part of the platform so that it can handle at least 50 million users. The development of interfaces (UX/UI) and the configuration of cloud-based services require experts with relevant experience. Bluebik meets the requirements as it has developed large-scale systems including systems for mobile banking, securities exchange, digital asset trade, massive account registration and super applications.
