Here are some anecdotes everyone in the Simpson family knows by heart. During his kindergarten years, little Martin Simpson loved coming to school early to help his teachers turn on the computers. On his tenth birthday, the boy got his first computer. ("an intel 386 running windows 3.1," he still remembers vividly.) He played with it, broke it, and fixed it—all by himself. สวัสดีครับ ชื่อ Frank ครับ ก็เข้ามาฝึกงานกับทาง bluebik ตอนเรียนจบปี4ครับ เป็นพี่แก่สุดเลยคนเดียว ฮ่าๆ เราจบมาจากคณะพาณิชยศาสตร์และการบัญชี จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ภาคอินเตอร์ครับ หรือที่รู้จักกันในชื่อ BBA Chulalongkorn แล้วก็จบจาก Accounting Major ครับ ขั้นตอน/วิธีการสมัคร รู้จัก bluebik จากเพื่อนและรุ่นน้องที่เคยมาลองฝึกงานก่อนหน้านี้ครับ แล้วก็ทาง bluebik ได้จัดเป็น info session แล้วผมสนใจ ก็เลยสมัครเข้าไปฟังดูครับ และก็ได้โอกาสในการสมัคร MCAP internship program ใน info session นั้นเลยครับ ส่วน process การคัดเลือกก็มีหลายขั้นตอนอยู่ครับ ตั้งแต่ รอบยื่น CV/Resume ถ้าผ่านก็จะได้ phone interview เบื้องต้นครับ ถ้าผ่านก็จะได้รับ Business Case Cracking Assignment ให้ทำครับ เป็นเหมือนการช่วยลูกค้าแก้ปัญหาอะไรบางอย่างเบื้องต้นครับ ทำในรูปแบบนำเสนอจริงเลยครับ ถ้าผ่านก็จะได้เข้าสู่รอบ interview จริงครับ ซึ่งจะแบ่งเป็น 3 ส่วนหลักๆ ครับ ได้แก่ Resume Go-through, Case Interview และก็ Company Fit Interview ครับ พี่ๆ ที่สัมภาษณ์ก็ supportive ตลอดการสัมภาษณ์เลยครับ และก็จะมีความจร...
