Bluebik Group Public Company Limited (BBIK) has maintained its top level of performance, achieving excellent CG scoring in the Corporate Governance Report of Thai Listed Companies 2023 (CGR 2023) by the Institute of Directors (IOD) with support from the Stock Exchange of Thailand and the Securities and Exchange Commission. The five-star scoring proves the commitment of the company to good corporate governance on its path to global leadership in end-to-end digital transformation consultancy.

Moreover, in September Bluebik scored 100/100 for the second consecutive year for the organization of its annual general meeting (AGM) of shareholders. The score was based on the AGM Checklist 2023 by the Thai Investors Association and the Federation of Thai Capital Market Organizations. The top performance reflected by the evaluation which covered 817 listed companies shows the strong determination of BBIK to boost efficiency in the organization of meetings for all its shareholders and stakeholders, which supports its growth and sustainable business.
