About the role
You will be responsible for co-designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud-based solutions and Ensuring efficiency of Performance, Operation, Cost, Security, and Reliability on cloud solution. A good opportunity to work closely with stakeholders and clients in all levels to deliver the best and beyond expectation.

Work you will do
• Assure the performance and availability of infrastructure
• Develop and implement technical efforts to design, build, and deploy applications at the direction of lead architects, including large-scale data processing
• Research and development of infrastructure service improvements to help scale client's cloud
• Educate teams on the implementation of new cloud-based initiatives, providing associated training as required
• Employ exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to see and solve issues before they affect business productivity
• Responsible for operating and maintaining AWS or Azure Services, cloud network, and related security services to provide a high reliability and meet service level.
• Perform all key service management processes including change management, incident response, and problem management.
• Responsible for system monitoring, performance analysis, and suggestions for solution or improvement.
• Validate all events, alerts, and escalate to relevant parties.
• Responsible for backup and restore
• Perform regular testing for application recovery, BCP, and DR.
• Ensure that document for design and configuration is up to date.
• Implement/Configure Cloud Computing Infrastructure designed by Cloud Solution Architect. • Present designed solution to the customer.
• Optimize and use Cloud services/components efficiently

Let us Talk About You
If you are someone with:
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience in technical support and troubleshooting as a support engineer or similar role.
• Experience in data engineering and cloud data processing services (AWS and Azure)
• Solid knowledge of AWS, Azure services.
• Familiar with IT principles including incident and problem management.
• Interest or experience in Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Snowflake)
• Good understanding with DevOps concepts. (Azure DevOps, Gitlab, GitHub)
• Good understanding with Container concepts, and Microservices architecture (Docker, Serverless services).
• Experience MySQL, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL or data warehouse
• Experience in Unix Shell Script
• Experience in Web Server (e.g. NGINX, Apache2, Flask)
• Solid networking background in TCP/IP, LAN, WLAN, Load balance, VPN, Reverse proxy, and Network security
• Good understanding of various Operating Systems (e.g. Linux, Ubuntu, Suse or Microsoft Windows)
• Related certificates in cloud technology is a plus.
• Knowledge of SQL and Python, other languages are preferable (PySpark, Java)
