About the role
As Associate Director, Big Data and Advanced Analytics, you will have a unique opportunity to work directly with the executive team and have a significant impact on how we work with customers, managing teams, and project delivery. You will bridge the gap between technology and business teams to ensure the smooth delivery of client projects. You will manage our customer setup, onboarding, and client management process. The primary purpose of the role is to ensure client achieve success and have a best-in-class experience with Bluebik.

Work you will do
• Manages all significant, strategic and complex cross-functional projects and co-ordinates the project team, including any external parties involved.
• Coordinates and closely monitors the development of projects as well as the related project tasks, namely, work out project details, coordinate projects, the approved budget and legal norms for each case.
• Prepares the project’s overall budget while still in viability- assessment phase, estimating the necessary investment totals and providing the elements of decision-making support. • Responsibility for day-to-day client communications and negotiations.
• Responsibility to shape and deliver various projects that exceed the expectations of our clients and our own assignment quality criteria.
• Manage and deliver large projects by developing the project team, assessing engagement risks throughout, driving conclusions, and reviewing / challenging the output produced by the team.
• Responsible to manage, grow and develop our team through hands on training and coaching.

If you are someone with:
• University degree in any related field. • 8+ years in project management and/ or tech consulting experience.
• Knowledge of Big Data and Advanced Analytics.
• Achievement oriented with the ability to be flexible and adaptive on a daily basis.
• Able to lead a high-performing team and add exceptional value to our clients within a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks and engagement, and possibly different project teams.
• Highly developed communication skills in English and Thai.
