The award presentation was organized by the Federation of Thai Industries, the Business+ magazine of ARIP Group, the National Credit Bureau and the Electronic Transactions Development Agency (ETDA). Chaiwut Thanakamanusorn, Minister of Digital Economy and Society, presided over the award presentation event at Swissotel Le Concorde on October 26, 2021.

Thailand Digital Transformation Awards were presented to the government and private organizations that excel in digital transformation, successfully apply digital technology to improve its internal operations and business and use the technology externally to enable business organizations to overcome digital disruption and be ready to shift to digital economy in accordance with government policies. There are six criteria for the selection of award winners comprising their operations, delivery of good experiences to service users, strategies, technology, organizational culture and the value of their digital transformation. This year more than 100 government and private organizations were nominated to win the awards which were intended to encourage Thai business organizations to apply technology to be ready for the digital era.
