About the role
To ensure a consistent, efficient and best practice approach to procurement process across the group.

Work you will do
• Manage procurement processes and ensure policies and procedures are being followed
• Review and validate incoming requisitions for completeness and necessary information to obtain competitive quotes
• Create related procurement documents and reports, ensuring all supporting documentation is attached
• Support procurement related in-scope activities
• Maintain and update procurement data and records
• Evaluate vendor performance
• Provides administrative support to the team and contributes to the implementation of continuous improvement in all processes
• Ensure systematic filing system and facilitate efficient documentation flow
• Maintain the filing system in good condition for easy retrieval
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Undertake other ad-hoc assignments as and when is required

Let us Talk About You
If you are someone with:
• Bachelor Degree (or equivalent) in any field preferred
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Good English language skills
• Detail-oriented, punctilious, can meet deadlines
• Good skills with other MS office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.)
• Very good organizational and interpersonal skills and service-minded
• High sense of responsibility
• Pro-active thinking
