Role and Responsibility

• Take ownership of the architecture of Salesforce
• Managing DevOps / releases / approving all changes that may occur during project implementation and delivery
• Design and assist in set up, configuration and customization across Salesforce product portfolio including, data, objects, field, reports, dashboard, so on
• Present Salesforce Marketing Cloud technology infrastructure, including demonstrating deep familiarity on the overall architecture (hardware, software, networking, and security stack)
• Work on a wide range of activities to achieve challenging goals including project delivery, product demonstration, proposal development, operations, business development, as well as ensuring the fun and enjoying work environment within your team
• Actively enable the delivery for sales deal team to more effectively position the value of the Marketing solutions within the Salesforce portfolio.
• Being creative to design innovative solutions to address client challenges by building those solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Manage and balance multiple projects delivery in a pressure and fast-paced environment
• Take part in training and certifications relevant to Marketing solutions

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degrees in engineering, Computer Science, MIS or related fields
• 2 years+ of experience in Technical Salesforce Consultant or consulting / Systems Integration
• Have at least 1 certification of Salesforce Developer
• Hands on experience with Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud or Community cloud
• Good technical skills in Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and DB
• Understanding of E2E technical architectures, integration patterns and security, ideally on Salesforce platform
• Experience working with Marketing Cloud Builders and all –Studios
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Able to sense the needs of our clients combined with a desire to provide excellent customer service
