บริษัท บลูบิค กรุ๊ป จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ BBIK ที่ปรึกษาชั้นนำผู้ให้บริการด้านดิจิทัลทรานส์ฟอร์เมชันแบบครบวงจร เผยมติที่ประชุมคณะกรรมการครั้งที่ 1/2566 เมื่อวันที่ 13 กุมภาพันธ์ที่ผ่านมา อนุมัติเสนอขายหุ้นสามัญเพิ่มทุนจำนวน 8,882,400 หุ้น มูลค่าที่ตราไว้หุ้นละ 0.50 บาท ให้แก่บุคคลในวงจำกัด (Private Placement-PP) ที่ราคาหุ้นละ 121 บาท รวมมูลค่าเสนอขายทั้งสิ้น 1,075 ล้านบาท ซึ่งการจองหุ้น PP ครั้งนี้ได้รับความสนใจจากนักลงทุนสถาบันชั้นนำทั้งในและต่างประเทศอย่างมาก สำหรับการเพิ่มทุนในครั้งมีเป้าหมายเพื่อรองรับแผนขยายธุรกิจผ่านการควบรวมกิจการ (M&A) เพื่อเปิดประตูสู่โอกาสใหม่ ๆ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการ Cross-selling ระหว่างกัน การสร้างภาพลักษณ์ที่ดีขึ้นทั้งในฝั่งลูกค้า พันธมิตรทางธุรกิจและพนักงาน อีกทั้งยังเป็นการเพิ่มศักยภาพในการรุกขยายธุรกิจด้านผลิตภัณฑ์และโซลูชันเพื่อสร้าง Recurring Income สนับสนุนการเติบโตอย่างมั่นคงระยะยาว และช่วยลดต้นทุนในการดำเนินงานจาก Economy of Scale อีกด้วย นายพชร อารยะการกุล ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร บริษัท บลูบิค กรุ๊ป […]
